The Fastpitch Chronicle started ranking high school teams in Wisconsin in 2001. The rankings are done by a committee-like group of fastpitch enthusiasts across Wisconsin. They include current coaches, former coaches, umpires, reporters as well as knowledgable fastpitch fans who enjoy the sport.
