14th Season for Capitol Area Fall League

Capitol Area Fall League is forming now

Summer is officially only in it's 19th day but plans for fall league fastpitch are underway around the state.

The Capitol Area Fall Fastpitch League will usher in its 14th season on Sunday, September 8th. Information is available on the league website by clicking on the Youth/Club area of this website and then clicking on the Fall League line that appears under that heading. There were 25 teams in the league in 2012 and several more have shown interest in getting back into the league or entering a team for the first time. Games are played on Sunday mornings at specific venues. National Federation rules are used with a few modifications to keep things moving and get everyone at the game in the batting order and in the game defensively. Games are played in Janesville, Oregon/Brooklyn, Sauk City/Prairie du Sac, Portage, Windsor and some weeks saw games in Waunakee as well. For more information on this fall league contact us at faspich1@aol.com and we'll get you in going.

Plans are in the hopper for a Sunday afternoon fall league that would be played entirely in Waupun. They are looking for five other teams to join up with Waupun. For more information on the new, in the process of being formed up Waupun Fall League contact: faspich1@aol.com

There seems to be a possiblity of  a Sunday afternoon fall league in southwestern Wisconsin.
