The Fourth Weekly High School fastpitch rankings are now posted.

It's been an extremely challenging season for rankers. Many teams have played less than a dozen games. Rankings are always subjective to begin with but this season is even more so.

Take team such as Grantsburg in Division 3. In my humble opinion the Pirates are a top 3 team in that division but due to the "bi-polar" weather of 2013 have only played a few games. Arcadia and Luther have been ranked in the top three the past few weeks but have not played each other in the Coulee Conference as of May 13. Those two schools are playing a twinbill today in Arcadia and some better data will shake out.

We've most likely missed other teams in other Divisions as well but data has been tough to collect.
