Watch the video of the home run and another of a play at the plate

New London wins 3-2 over Freedom in 9 innings. 1 win away from a 5th in a row to State, however there was a controversial call in the top of the 7th, New London's #9 hitter,  Lauren Winkler is up to bat, hits it high to RF, it looks like it's over the fence , player runs into the fence hands and glove above head, ball is on the other side of the fence, Base umpire gives no signal but plate umpire signals home run, game tied 1-1 Freedom coach comes to appeal, after the umpires talk base umpire had no clear view of play at RF tries to say it went under, home plate umpire  changed call and ruled it a ground rule double.

Later un, Leah Porath would drive in Winkler to tie the game. Thankfully WBAY TV 2 of Green Bay was there and has video. Was the right call made or clearly a home run?

Below is a link so you can watch this obvious home run that was overruled by the plate umpire. Also watch the collision at the plate on a 1-3-2 double play.
