Stevens Point stayed atop the Wisconsin Valley with a 7-3 win over Marshfield today in Stevens Point.
A. Cherney was the winning pitcher, splitting time with Aubri Drohner. Each pitched 3+ innings with Cherney allowing three hits, walking one and fanning six. Drohner allowed five hits, walked two and fanned three.
Leading hitters for SPASH were Miklesh with two hits, Drohner with a pair of hits while Flugaur hit a home run. SPASH scored three in the first and three in the fourth en route to the win adding the seventh run in the fifth inning.
Norbeck led the hitting for Marshfield with two as well as Corozolla.
