Freshman Erin Seifert notched her first victory for the Eagles tonight in Plum City. The Freshman fanned eight while  walking six en route to the victory.

The Eagles put three runs on the board right away in the top of the 1st inning and added one more in the fourth. In the bottom of the fourth Plum City started to chip away at the lead scoring two times on a couple of walks followed by a couple of base hits.

The score would stay the same until the bottom of the sixth when Plum City plated three runs adn took the lead by a score of 6-4. The Eagles'  number nine batter,  Katrina Danziger coaxed a leadoff base on balls to start the Eagles' seventh. It was an outstanding at bat and the top followed suit as  the leadoff speedster Andi Terpstra followed with a bunt single and senior Laura Glander would double immediately thereafter. The Number three batter,  Maggie Prokosch then drew a base on balls. RBIs by Kadence Ruff, Rachel Seifert and sister Erin Seifert would finish the five run seventh for the Eagles. They then would hold on to the 9-7 victory giving Erin her first win and the first win of the season for the Eagles. Next up is St. Croix Central tomorrow night a legendary Haines Field in Pepin!
