Here is a video of a male fastpitch pitcher crow-hopping at today's game at the 14th ISF World Championships.

Word from Saskatoon is that the ISF may allow females to leap and crow hop in the future.

Here is a great picture of a classic swing - baseball or fastpitch softball, they are both the same by great hitters. As my dad always said, Hit it Hard somewhere and Ted Williams said, "Hit hit hard and hit it high!"
