At Luxemburg, the Spartans clinched a share of the Bay Conference title by defeating Shawano 5-1. Sara Simonar struck out eight and scattered three hits to lift L-C to a 13-1 conference record. Saige Henning homered to deep centerfield to plate Shawano’s run. Erin Cerveny took the loss, allowing 11 hits and striking out one.
