The Wisconsin Renegade Fastpitch Team competed
In the ASA 18U B Northern Nationals on August 1-4
In Rochester, MN. The tournament featured 21 qualifying
teams from 10 states. The team qualified by finishing
2nd at the Wisconsin State Tournament. The team
went 1-1 in pool play by beating the Crow River Raiders, MN
2-1 and falling to the Kansas Explosion 3-2. In bracket play
the team beat the Saginaw Bay, MI Riverdawgs 8-6; lost
to Bo Diddleys, St Cloud, MN 3-2; then beat the Ziehm
Xtreme, MI 10-0; beat the Mt Pleasant Drillers 5-2;
beat Monroe, WI Lightning 10-2 and then ended with a
3-1 loss to the West Fargo, ND Impact; placing 4th
in the tournament. The Crow River Raiders beat the
Bo Diddleys 3-2 in the championship game.
