Pepin/Alma.............................................0000114.........6-4-5
WP Breanna Ellison 7IP 9K's 1BB 0ER
Down 4-2 going to the bottom of the 7th they walked the bases loaded and Breanna Gave the home town crowd something to cheer about with a walk off Grand Slam home run to end the game that we should not have won 6-4!

Wilmot 19, Union Grove 10
Well not the typical UG-Wilmot game we've become accustomed to. Not a well played game if you're a fan of the game in it's purest but if it's runs you like this game had them.

Sarah Petrovic 5 IP, 14 H, 8 R, 4 ER, 3 K

Clearly this game was not a defensive clinic. Union Grove continued their defensive struggles with 9 errors in the game which contributed to 8 unearned runs. The Broncos finally got the bats rolling a little bit but the gloves did them in before they could get them going. Coach Boylen had this to say, "Clearly we are not playing good ball right now, I see good things in practice, I see the potential these girls have and I know their is an opportunity for them to do some good things but we have to find a way to get them to translate those good things to the field. You cannot allow great hitting teams like Westosha, Waterford and Wilmot to have extra chances and we are giving them far too many. We have to be better and we will be better."
