Mackenzie Rolf and Breleigh Ustruck hit solo home runs in a two-run fifth inning to back the pitching of Lindsay Sandleback.
Cedarburg scored an unearned run in the top of the fourth inning but the Spartans answered back in their half of the inning with a lead-off double by Ustruck and a two-out RBI single by Mia Buske. Ustruck was 3-for-3 with a double and home run and Rolf and Buske had two hits each.
The win pulled the Spartans into a first-place tie with Cedarburg atop the North Shore Conference at 14-1. West is 15-4 overall.
