The Warriors capitalized on eight hits and four Lodi errors that led to 4 uneanred runs

Lakeside jumped out to an 1-0 lead in the top of first but Lodi countered with one of their own to even it up. In the bottom of the second the BlueDevils took the lead with another run only to see the Warriors erupt for three runs in the third to take a 3-2 lead.

Lakeside added two more runs in the fourth to make it 6-2 and Keightan Rank took care of business in the circle once again holding off the Lodi offense, striking out six and walking none. Bailey Stark absorbed the loss allowing eight hits, six runs (four unearned) striking out 8 and issuing 4 base on balls.

Krumpen batting leadoff had two hits for Lodi while Lane, batting eighth also had two hits including a home run.

The winners were paced by Abby Meis with two hits including a double, catcher Keyanna Rank was 2x4 with a two bagger and three bagger. Killmon was 2x4 as was Muchka.

Lakeside Head Coach Matt Doering had these comments following his team's third straight major victory, "Timely hitting in the first 4 innings got us a lead and we played well defensively again to get the win over a surging Lodi team. Four different hitters had 2 hits.  Abby Meis had two hits and Keyanna Rank had a double and a triple to go with her 2 RBI. Kieghtan scattered 5 hits and struck out 6 to keep the game in control.  We have a mini streak going and will look to keep playing well with 2 more games this week."
