The Spartans rapped 10 hits to back the 5-hit pitching of Lindsay Sandleback.
West scored two unearned runs in the top of the first inning to establish a lead.
An error opened the door for a three-run fifth for West Bend West, who got RBI singles from Sandleback, Ava Thelen and Maiya Tearney.
Slinger came back with two unearned runs in the bottom of the fifth.
The Owls threatened in the bottom of the seventh, but Spartans' centerfielder Mackenzie Rolf fired a strike to catcher Mia Buske to end the game with a bang-bank play at the plate.
Buske, Thelen, Tearney and Breleigh Ustruck each had two hits for West, which improved to 8-2 on the season and 7-1 in North Shore Conference play.
