Shoreland tallied 6 runs in the first 3 innings and held on for a rain soaked 7-3 win Tuesday night in Whitefish Bay.
Alyssa Pavlovich had 2 hits, 3 runs, 2rbi and Erin Borchardt added 2 hits and 2 rbi for the Pacers. Borchardt picks up the win going all 7, scattering 5 hits, 2 K, 0 ER. Cate Whalen had a two out, 2 rbi single for Dominican.
Shoreland is 3-0 in the MCC, 3-2 overall while Dominican moved to 0-2 MCC and 0-3 overall.
The two teams meet again Thursday in Somers.
