Lakeside pitcher Kooper Killmon blanked the Blue Jays today on a two-hitter with five strikeouts while walking six.
The Warriors scored all three of their runs in the bottom of the second inning. They had a total of six hits in the game.
Lakeside coach Matt Doering had these comments following the game. "Kooper Killmon threw a great game in the circle to get the win. Defensively we made a lot of nice plays. Offensively we were close to blowing the game open in the 2nd but they made a few nice defensive plays. It was a nice team win."
