Westosha Central handles Tremper 14-1

Westosha Central's bats stayed hot as they pounded out another 13 hits on their way to a 5 inning 14-1 win over Kenosha Tremper in Paddock Lake. 

Sam Erber earned the win for the Falcons going 3 innings and allowing one run on one hit.  Addie Feekes finished in the circle for the Falcons. 

Lila McNeill led the offense with three hits; including her 2nd home run of the year.  The Falcons opened the scoring with three in the 1st inning.  McNeill and Meghan Lampos both scored on a single by Erber.  She scored on an error two batters later.  McNeill's home run extended the lead in the 2nd inning. 

The Trojans plated their run in the 3rd.  Vivian Meier opened the inning with a triple and scored on a ground out by Camille Sporer.  Westosha Central responded by scoring 7 in their half of the 3rd.  Lampos singled and Erber walked.  McKinney plated Lampos with a single.  Isabel Weyrauch's single scored Erber.  Weyrauch and Jordan Jozefiak both scored on a single by Emma Smith.  McNeill was able to plate Smith and she scored on a single by Maya Gagliardi.   Erber's double capped the scoring for the inning.  The Falcon's final runs came in the 4th.  Allie Loucas led off with a double and scored on another single by Smith. 

"We had a really good week," said Co Head Coach Tom Lampe " It was nice to see contributions up and down the roster.  Hopefully we can continue to play at this level." 

 With the win the Falcons improved to 3-0 (2-0 in the SLC).  They return to conference play on Monday when they host Union Grove.
