New London 3 Mosinee 1

The #3 seeded Bulldogs went on the road to take on the #2 seed Indians in a rematch of a regular season game won by the Indians in New London. New London wasted no time getting on the board early When Shebly Glodowski drove in Jensen Mix on a base hit and Eve Hedtke drove in Glodowski on a Sacrifice.  The game would remain to be a pitching Duel the rest of the way between Kenna Mix and Ava Busse. New London added an insurance run in the 6th  as Mackenzie Bruette drove in Sommer Krull. Tristian Wicklund would put Mosinee’s only run on the board In the 6th Inning with a Home Run to Center Field. Mix earned the Win for New London scattering 4 hits, 1 Run, Striking out 6 and walking 1. Ava Busse took the loss allowing 7 hits 3 Runs, striking out 8 and walking 2. Jensen Mix went 3x4 and Sommer Krull went 2x3 to lead the Bulldogs at the Plate. New London advances to the Sectional Round for the 10th time in program History and will travel to Medford to take on the Raiders in a rematch of last years Sectional Semi Final game won by New London.
