Wisconsin Lutheran sophomore pitcher Sydney Vitangcol threw a no-hitter at Greendale and was a walk shy of a perfect game.
During the game the only defense she needed was her catcher who a recorded 22 putouts, the number of strikeouts Vitangcol recorded in the game.
Those 22 strikeouts in a 7 inning game ties her with Oak Creek's Riley Grudzielanek who did it last season in game vs Kenosha Bradford
