The Spartans wiped away a 2-1 defecit with an 8-run fifth inning and added three in the sixth for the run-rule victory.
Lindsay Sandleback allowed two first-inning runs on four hits, but blanked Homestead the rest of the way. She fanned eight.
The Spartans rapped 10 hits, including two each by Mia Buske, Ava Thelen, Eleanor Henschel and Breleigh Ustruck.
Buske drove in three runs. Thelen and Henschel had two RBI each.
The Spartans improved to 12-4 on the season and 11-2 in North Shore Conference play.
