Coaches Honor Roll Is Being Updated

Hello Fastpitch Crowd,

The 46th Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association state tournament in this weekend at Goodman Diamond. We can't say 46th Annual because there was not a tournament in 2020 due to COVD-19 and the cancellation of the entire season.

I was browsing through the rough drafts of the pages of teams in the Official Program tonight and realized that I needed to do some updating to the Coaches Honor Roll Pages.

Here are some things I've added tonight.
Roger Schliewe of Horicon will be coaching in his 9th Final Four.
Kurt Ryhner of Thorp will be coaching in his 3rd Final Four
Jeff Langkamp and Mark Jessup of Cedarburg will be coaching in their 2nd Final Four
Tim Roehrig of Kaukauna has surpassed the career wins 450 milepost and will be coaching in his 4th Elite 8
Jeff Trask of Oak Creek will be coaching in his 4th Elite 8
Jamie Olson of Sun Prairie will be coaching in her 7th Elite 8
Tom Klatt will be coaching in his 2nd Final Four
Mark Ross of Onalaska Luther has surpassed the 300 career win mark
Julie Woelfel of New Holstein has surpassed the 150 career win mark
Tom Anderson of Iola-Scandinavia now has 417 career wins
Ton Porath and Melinda Hull have won 400 games in New London
Tim Dietzen of Freedom surpassed the 150 win mark with 151

I have added all those aforementioned things. If you are a coach or know of coach who should be listed in the Coaches Honor Roll categories just contact me and I will update the information. Check out all the pages. This website is the only source of all this information.

I have also added some things to the State Records area of the website. If you look through those and have information that should be added just let me know with verification.

It should be a good state tournament at Goodman Diamond this week.

Be sure to read the article I posted today by Mark Bradley, coach at Kenosha Indian Trails about the 15 inning sectional final game against Oak Creek. It's a great read.

Have a great week

Keep it Rising
Bob
