Superior scored three runs in the third to take what really was a commanding led on a day that Haley Zembo was on top of hers. Two more runs in the fifth and four in the sixth was more than SPASH could counter.
Superior collected 12 hits to just four allowed by Zembo.
Catcher Raye doubled and homered and had three hits in all as did Johnson with a 3x3 game. Lustani also homered for Superior.
This is the fifth time that Superior has made it to the state tournament after having been a participant in the first three ever played in 1976,1977 and 1978 then again in 1993 when they won their first game making it to the Final Four.
Superior will now play it's quarter final game on Thursday looking to get that Final Four Berth.
