The Spartans overcame a 5-0 deficit with two runs in the fifth inning and six in the sixth.
Paige Guse hit a two-run homer -- her first varsity home run - in the fifth for the Spartans.
In the sixth, Jessie Reich led off with a walk and Mia Buske singled. After a ground out, Reich scored on a wild pitch, Ava Thelen ripped a run-scoring double and Guse followed with a single. Thelen scored an error to tie the score. Allie Estrada followed with an RBI double. Rolf scored on an infield ground out. Estrada scored the final run.
Veda Selin went the distance for the win, allowing three earned runs. She retired 12 of the final 15 hitters.
