Luxemburg:
Rebecca Kroll and Emily Jandrin throw back-to-back no hitters in Luxemburg-Casco's double header sweep.
The Spartans swept the double header with Clintonville by scores of 3-0 and 20-0 in three innings.
Game one was a pitcher's duel between LC's Rebecca Kroll and Clintonville's Carolyn Sasse. Each maintained a no-hitter through the first five innings with Sasse's being a perfect game. Kroll pitched a hitless top of the sixth. LC finally broke through in the bottom of the inning on Payton Kaminski's double, Kylie Hanson's two out RBI single, Rebecca Kroll's RBI double and Josie Dorner's RBI single. Kroll recorded all outs in the seventh via strike out to end the game and record her second consecutive no-hitter.
Kroll threw a complete game, surrendering no hits, 15 strike outs and 2 walks.
