Macey Clark Sets Unofficial State Record for the Wolves


Macey Clark Struck out 28 in 14 2/3 Innings.

Macey Clark set the tone early for the Wolves however, it was New London that came out with a 6-0 Win in 15 Innings, Monday Evening in Winneconne. Originally Scheduled as a Double Header The field featured no Lights and only 1 game that took the lengths of 2 was completed. Kenna Mix and Macey would set up a Pitching Duel, Mix allowed only 6 Base Runners the 1st 7 innings with none reaching past 2nd Base, Clark, struck out 22 allowed 4 Base Runners Thru 7 by way of a walk and 3 Errors and had a No Hitter going until Maribel Glodowski singled on a line drive into Right Field, However New London Could not capitalize off leaving the Bases Loaded after 7. Winneconne would put a Runner on 3rd in the Bottom of the 8th However Mix and the New London Defense held the Wolves in Check. We Will Fast Forward to the top of the 15th Inning, Sommer Krull would reach on a Infield Single followed by an Autumn Winkelman Single, Where Krull would advance to 3rd, With Kenna Mix up to bat Kenna would lay down a Squeeze bunt to the Pitcher a play at Home as attempted but Krull would be ruled Safe for the 1st run of the game, Shelby Glodowski would later drive In Winkelman for a 2-0 lead, Clark at this point had Struck out 28 Batters and a pitch count eclipsing 200 would surrender another hit to Maribel Glodowski driving in Ava Baehman for a 3-0 New London lead. Molly Kable would drive in 2 to extend the lead 5-0, The 6th and Final run would be walked in which ended the day for Macey Clark, pitching 14 2/3 Innings Allowing 13 hits, 6 Runs all earned, 28 Strikeouts and walking 5. The Previous Known record was 25 By Cedarburg's Paytn Monticelli with 25 in set in 2021. Kenna Mix worked all 15 Innings for the Bulldogs allowing 11 Hits Striking out 5 and Walking 3. Brooklyn Fuerst led the Bulldogs with 3 Hits and Molly Kable led the team with 2 RBI’s. Winneconne was led by offensively by Abby Jennerman with 2 Hits.
