Mackenzie Rolf drew a two-out, bases loaded walk for a 4-3 walk-off win for the Spartans (10-5, 8-4).
West trailed 3-2 entering the seventh. Lindsay Sandleback singled home Avelina Wolfe with the tieing run. With two out, Paige Guse drew a walk to load the bases ahead of Rolf's walk.
The Spartans managed just seven hits, including an RBI double by Allie Estrada in the bottom of the sixth inning.
Maiya Tearney pitched 2-2/3 innings of scoreless relief for the victory. Veda Selin started and allowed just two earned runs.
