Lindsay Sandleback needed just 70 pitches in the Spartans' victory, checking Fond du Lac on five hits. She fanned two and walked one, allowing no earned runs.
Singles by Mia Buske and Makenna Gish set the table in the first inning for Ava Thelen's two-run double.
Fond du Lac scored in the fourth inning to make it 2-1.
In the sixth, Kailey Kurtz belted a triple to deep right field and Lexi Buske followed with an RBI double. Buske scored on a two-out single by her sister, Mia.
Thelen led off the seventh with her second double, advanced on Sandleback's third hit of the game and scored on Lily Hahn's RBI single up the middle.
The Spartans had 13 hits, led by Sandleback's three. Lexi and Mia Buske, Thelen and Kurtz had two hits each.
The Spartans climbed over .500 and take a 9-8 record and 7-4 North Shore Conference record into play next week.
