Who do you see as the strongest Conference Contenders? Random Lake has always been a strong contender.  Howards Grove, Reedsville, Manty Lutheran, St. Mary’s Catholic are all area teams with great coaches and players.

What schools do you see as the top teams in your sectional? All schools have the potential to be front runners.  Due to the fact we did not have a season last year, there are a lot of unknowns.

List any Returning All Conference players on your team and their positions and some stats: 

Abby Garceau: SS; Committed to UW Oshkosh; Four year starter at shortstop and two year captain.   Career batting average is .417.  Part of the Division 4 Runner Up team.  Second team all conference as a sophomore.

Kally Krueger: CF; Four year starter and two year captain.  Career batting average is .349 and slugging percentage is .444.  Kally is a member of the Division 4 Runner Up Team.  Second team all conference as a sophomore

Maddy Dokey: 3B; Four year starter at third base and two year captain.  Career batting average is .396 and slugging percentage is .494.  Honorable mention as a sophomore and was a member of the Division 4 Runner Up team.

Other notable key players:  Taylor Weger is a Senior who will be the catcher this season and was the DP for the state team in 2019.  Ashlyn Bennin is a junior and will be the starting pitcher taking the most reps on the mound.  Two talented freshmen will start and carry a powerful bat.  They are Katelyn Callahan at first base and Cora Stodola at second base.

Your team’s Strengths and things to work:  Teams strengths are their experience and their desire and dedication to succeed.  The girls are always working to improve their fundamentals and push each other to improve every practice and every game.
