Oshkosh North's Sydney Supple named WFSCA Division 1 State Player of he Year

Pitcher has also been named Max Preps National Player of the Year

Oshkosh North Standout Syd Supple has continued to garner post season awards. She is the three-time Wisconsin Gatorade Player of the Year, pitched North to the WIAA Division 1 State title after having been shutout of that her first three season, was recently named Max Preps National Player of the Year and has been name Division 1 Player of the Year by the Wisconsin Fastpitch Coaches Association.

In 2019 Supple compiled 29-0 season record in the circle with an ERA of 0.75 in 167 innings of work, struck out 298, walked 13, alllowed 20 runs with 18 being earned, 72 hits, had 15 shutouts, allowed 3 home runs and had a WHIP of .50 and had a batting average against her of .127.

On offense she batted .538 in 116 plate appearances, 93 at bats, scored 53 runs, had 13 doubles, 4 triples, 12 home runs, 106 total bass, walked 21 times, had 49 RBI, struck out just once, stole just one base, had an on base percentage of.623, slugging precentage of 1.140, and an on base+Slugging of 1.763.

Supple committed verbally to Northwestern during her freshman year and will honor that commitment by attending that university in the fall and play for the Wildcats.
