Chloe Evans named WFSCA Division 2 State Player of the Year

The catcher is the only non-pitcher to win POY by WFSCA

Junior Catcher batted .615 through Sectionals

Chloe Evans, Seymour's junior catcher captured WFSCA State Player of the Year honors in Division 1 at the conclusion of this year' season. She led Seymour to the Division State title.

Evans batted .615, with 15 doubles, 2 triples and 12 home runs during the regular season. She had 27 rbi, walked a dozen times and struck out just three times in 89 plate appearances. She also stole 9 out of 10 bases attempted.
