Shoreland jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the top of the first taking advantage of 2 Hilltopper errors. Bree James capped the inning with a 2 rbi single that scored Hill and Victoria Miller.  BCC answered with 3 runs of it's own off hits by Dirksmyer, Paleka, and Phillips.  Obrien brought in the 3rd run on a hit and throwing error. The score stayed 3-3 till the Hilltoppers half of the 4th when Emme Weis got a 2 out infield slap single. She then scored on Lani Dierksmeyers single to left off another throwing error. But the Pacers answered in the top of the 5th when Victoria Miller hit a 2 out double, stole 3rd and scored on a throwing error on the play. In the bottom of the 7th Dierksmyer led off with an infield hit. Paleka then singled to center.  After a flyout to right both runners advanced 60 feet. The Pacers would intentionally walk the next batter to set up a force at home.  Katie Goethal sent the winning run home on a dribbler and a throwing error to give the Hilltoppers the 5-4 victory.
