LC took a 1-0 lead in the bottom of the 2nd after Lauren Adams doubled, advanced to 3rd on a wild pitch and scored on Mackie Junio's RBI sac fly. FVL took a 5-1 lead in the top of the 3rd aided by 3 Luxemburg-Casco errors. The Spartans answered in their half of the inning on a single by Heather Dart, double by McKenzie Hanson and a 3-run home run by Ali Routhieaux. LC tied it in the 4th on another Dart single and an RBI hit by Routhieaux, her 4th RBI of the game. Luxemburg-Casco took the lead for good in the 5th on a leadoff home run by Ally Dart, an RBI double by Kendal Prevost, and an RBI single by Dart, her 3rd hit of the game.
