PITTSVILLE - The Cardinals flew past the Panthers as freshman Jayden Hytry was one hit shy of a cycle, tagging a home run, a triple and a single in five at bats. Pacelli opened the game with a run in the first and eight in the second, but poured in 11 in the third while holding Pittsville to zero runs. Over the next two innings, the Panthers would get four back, but the Cardinals added 11 more to easily take the 31-4 win.
Emma Van Order knocked in five runs going 5-for-5 including a triple. Haley Raflik and Karah Kluck each added four RBI. Sophie and Ella Schroeder each contributed a double and Ella Schroeder hit in two. Sami MIller also added three RBI. Kluck pitched a one-hitter over two innings with three strikeouts for Pacelli. Grace Repinski was on the mound for the last three, giving up four walks and four runs on three hits while striking out two.

ALMOND - Erica Pronscinske had two hits including a double to pace the Penguins in a win over the Eagles. Paige Hopkins, Shannon Sachs and Alli Booth each added hits in the victory. Michaela Stucker had two base hits to lead the Eagles in a loss. Angela Rogers and Olivia Baumgartner each had a hit in the bottom of the seventh. Winning pitcher Erica Pronschinske tossed the complete games, striking out 13 and allowing five hits in seven innings. Losing pitcher Riley Stiles had 10 strikeouts and nine walks, allowing two hits in six innings.
