The Northwestern Tigers didn't let a five-hour drive deter their competitive spirit as they went 3-0 at the recently completed Poynette Jamboree.
The Tigers opened with an 11-2 win over Winneconne on Friday night and followed that up with a close, 1-0 win over Madison LaFollette. They closed out Jamboree action with a 7-2 win over Stoughton.
"We had a great time," said Head Coach Scott Janigo. "It's a great event that we look forward to."
Three wins undoubtedly made for a happy five-hour return trip to the Northwestern part of the state.
