Saturday’s Triangular at Shawano High School was a special one for former Head Coach Brian Johnson. Johnson, who retired from coaching at the end of the 2021 season had the Varsity Field at Martzke Park named in his Honor following the game against Bay Conference Rival New London. Many Alumni, opposing Coaches, family and friends came to join in the dedication. Johnson won 257 games as Shawano Head Coach and the 2002 WIAA Division 2 State Championship continues to be a Volunteer Assistant with the program.
